Please don't join tis company its very fraud ...owner name is chockalingam ..he will give salary to only to persons he like ...like HR aishu revathi Ilamathi others will not get ...freshers bcz o[censored]nemployment getting into tis company by mistake.bt due to tht he use them without salary...aftr training too he will not provide salary. .lingu bzc o[censored]r sin ur both son going to affect...god watching over us...behave urself properly ...nearly more than 20000 went out. .every week new person will be thr...while interview he will say starting 6000 3 months aftr wthn 2 yr u can get 30000 ... HR too will support this ...because she needs to get salary...dnt go nd suffer

Yes, Its a fraud company, and the owner Chokkalingam, we never ever find such fraud, dont join in this company

unfair employee treatment

The company has a very bad policy in relation to its employees.They promised a salary of 4000 p.m during training and[protected] thereafter but giving only 4000 even after training.By the way training remained only for a week, made to sign a bond of 18 months and they have my original Certificates. Work pressure is beyond tolerance.Heavy work load with low salary realy unaccepted. Even leaving the company is not an option now because of my certificate. Please take a step and save our life by taking an inspection or interviewing the employees.

Hi every body No joining fresher, s and experience this company 1 months training but salary. After 1 month training completed your performance low again training period extended. so please this company seating. Helpful

ORANGELAB IT SOLUTIONS(SAIDAPET), they will change company for repeating 8-10months...it is a very fraud company they will not give salary for employees they will fix one salary but always they will give 4000 ..company situation is bad so i will give next month like that he will say but they will not give..lingu will say i will put in account like that but he will not put..they are taking projects in chennai too...please dont get loss !!be aware!!he is very fraud he will talk like anything!!he is using his name as satish/lingu/chokalingam in many ways in business development.

Hi everybody,
Orange lab it solutions(Chennai OMR, Balamuruga Garden, Thuraipakkam), in this company not providing salary up to 1 year for employees.
Treating like servant, working hours 9.30 AM to 9.00 PM, Not proper licence, no company board and no id cards for employee..So please don't join this company and do the project client.Be Aware..

Yes its truth only, I have worked for one month my per month salary was fixed for 12k, But I have got only 5k, For 1 month I have suffered like hell in that company...Its not a government Registered company. Each and Every employee have minimum pending balance 30k, those who are working for minimum of 6months.The MD knows only speaking and shouting and asking when u will finish a project, but never thought about the employee salary. No one should join there if they want to learn and earn...Utterwaste company.
The above written fact is really truth.I have worked in that company for 1 month, they gave me only 5k, where my per month salary is more than 2 times of the given amount. Everyone who are working more than 6 month in that company all employee from software developer profession have pending balance amount more than half of there 6months salary, The MD only know brain wash of employees by his words, he never thought for employee of the company. I will suggest every one both fresher and professional not to join and spoil their valuable time. The worst company I have ever seen.
