My claim was settled by the insurer with some deficiency for which i already submitted papers in my file which were not scanned by the paramount. For which i have already submitted papers required then also the claim was settled without checking the papers and for that no amt is paid. Even then i talked to first escalation second escalation but yet not any body helped me

    Dear sir, i have submitted mediclaim documents for phs id[protected] on 4th august 2018. My claim had passed but there is some unsatisfactory deductions of medicine bill amount rs 3804.00 for part of medicine credit bill payment receipt. But in actual i've not get any kind of credit for any medicine bill. Please resolve this matter on op priority as i had already paid amount to hospital from own account & needs money for my further expenses.

      Phs id 23442248 my claim pending from last year. I have sent all required documents to paramont health service jaipur in month dec-16, march-17, and july-17 hard copy and mail but they have not update. So many time i have called to tpa but they have not given satisfactory ans. I have already given complain but no any response obtained. It is my second complain please solve the matter as soon as possible.

        Pha id 23443452 ccm no 3520911 mediclaim of rs 11900/-. Sarita gangwar wof saurabh gangwar pf 567221 union bank of india sir i have sumit bill then reject with reason cash reciept voucher not recieved of hospital name gokhle in pilibhit 262001 hospital says they have only bill no other cash voucher available in hospital. Then i send hospital letter pad written that we have recieved payment of rs 11900/-. Bill no 068 and a letter to varify that i am saying right or wrong. Ans conform from hospital also about my bill payment.. So please kindly do needful.. (Mobile no [protected] saurabh)

        how u decided it that she has fever?
        then how doctor wrote on the discharge paper that she has fever

          Dear sir/ madam,
          I have submitted 2 claims regarding my husband and son with fir now 3391295, 3356816. Even after submitting all the original bills and discharge summaries, the tpa is replying me with same deficiency letters as the submitted ones are not in original. The same type of card is accepted by good health TPA but Paramount TPA is considering it as a Xerox ones. .. There has been a great delay in settling the claims. Hence, I request to please settle the claims as soon as possible.

          Always insurers or tpas are insisting for original bills, as they are not accepting claims on basis of copies, this is also irda guidelines at their decision. you may request for claim settlement by quoting satisfactory reasons for not getting originals. Always insured persons have to preserve originals of reports, bills, consultant papers safely till submission for claims.

            I am mv raghavulu, deputy manager (Pf 302810) working in zonal office, hyd, state bank of hyderabad. I had undergone ursl surgery and dj stent operation on 12.03.2016 at deccan hospital. I had intimated the same through online to paramount before admission into the hospital. After the operation i had submitted the required bills and other documents for processing of claim on 18.03.2016 to our nodal officer and the same was collected by your official sri chandrasekhar on 19.03.2016. My paramount id is 23484513 and fir no is 3104705
            However i have not yet received the claim even though more than 2 months have elapsed since my submission. I have regularly contacted your official sri chandrasekhar through phone and sms. He has repeatedly stated that the claim would be recieved very soon on time. But still i have not recieved anything. On further enquiring sri chandrasekhar he has replied that investigation is going on and some more time is needed for the processing.
            As per our norms the claim has to be processed within 7 days of submission. But even though i have submitted all the necessary documents the claim is not yet received till date. This unacceptable delay is causing tremendous inconvenience in terms of both time and money for me. Further off late sri chandrasekhar is giving trivial excuses on the issue.
            Hence i request you to urgently look into the matter and ensure that my claim is processed immediately. I again bring to your notice that the delay is causing financial and emotional loss to me.

In last 3 years continue every years this mediclaim premium auto debit in every years my father account paramount health services pvt.Ltd. Give me phs id number is ( oi vad20996024 adgp e ) fathers name :- sukhabhai ishwarbhai vasava (retired police sub inspactor vadodara, gujarat) last 3 years no any card and no any policy send me this time my fathers is admitted in hospital i am calling in customer care toll free number ([protected] ) intimation of this prose's but the executive told me current data not available in our system you call your department where you work . After i go my fathers department in account department but they are not any information give regarding this matter. I have attaching herewith copy of mediclaim card.
