Sir,
i am booking the cattle for the parivar dairies and allied ltd (the name changes to pda foundation )kanchipuram branch, tamilnadu state, in the cattle booking scheme.In the year 2010 november 29th. The scheme matured on 29.11.2015. My customer registration no a[protected].Till date the matured amount not return.Hoe to get the refund please advice.

Mumbai: capital markets regulator sebi today barredparivar dairies and allied ltd (pdal) from raising money from the public.
It was alleged that thousands of people in madhya pradesh were cheated by pdal under the garb of various schemes, which used to collect deposits from them with a promise to pay the money back with an interest of 15-20 per cent.
The securities and exchange board of india (sebi) found that parivar dairies and allied was running 'collective investment schemes (cis)' without obtaining registration from the regulator.
The company was inviting investments from general public through its 'cattle booking schemes'. the firm was engaged in the business of selling cattle, cow, buffalo, sheep, goats and dairy products to its customers on receipts of sale price of goods from the customers.
"the schemes offered by pdal and pda foundation inviting investments from public," when considered in the light of peculiar characteristics and features of such schemes, prima facie satisfy all the conditions of a cis, sebi said.
Accordingly, sebi has directed the company and its directors — basant lal sharma, ahibaran singh, chandra bhan yadav and pradeep kumar sharma — and pda foundation and its trustees — neeraj singhand bhanu pratap singh — "not to collect any fresh money from investors under its existing schemes" as well as "not to launch any new scheme".
They also have "to immediately submit the full inventory of the assets, including land obtained through money raised."
Besides, the company and its directors have been barred from disposing of or alienating any of the properties or assets owned or acquired through the money raised.
Further, they can't divert any funds raised from public at large which are kept in bank account of the company. they have to furnish all details of its investors, among other information, to sebi.
These directions would take effect "immediately and shall be in force until further orders," it said.

I am the agent of this company, i have collected money from many peoples and deposited in PARIWAR COMPANY, we all have acknowledgement receipt, but from JAan-2016 to till now, company is closed.
Almost deposited peoples are poor and do not let them die.

I am not getting my amount from end of time period (23-10-2015) to till now

I am n.Thangavel from chennimalai, erode. I am start the policy my son name t.Dhakchinamoorthy(Reg no-a[protected]) with installment rs.800 per month with time period 5 years in parivar dairies and allied ltd. After 17 installments (From[protected] to[protected] recepit no is r[protected] due to my personal problems i am not paid installment amount. After end of the term[protected] i am sumbit my original bond in erode branch office in[protected]. The branch office intimate to me the total amount is only 14, 960. After seven months there is no proper details or information to give me in erode branch office. So kindly request please give me my amount in quick time.

Cheating and fraud
The parivar dairire @ Allied Ltd is fraud company. The managers and staffs who work on the branch of madurai ate crores of money which was given by the company to the policy holders.
When inquired about the payment earlier after the policy period was over they said PDA is opening a Bank and the money is invested there, you would be getting it soon. They never repayed the money. We had to walk several times to the company, all they said is come on so and so date but they never paid the amount.
later i heard that the managers and few other employees looted the money which was given for claim settlement and they have bought lands and buildings around the area.
Do i get the money back ?

@kondal24 i am an policy holder @chennai, the PDA company/parivar diaries the company has been found fraud by SEBI(government authority). This company cheated thousands of customers at chennai, nearly 400 crores need to be paid back.dont know will they pay back us?

Parivar Dairies and allied ltd is a registered company, the web site www.parivar15368.com is construction work going on. so don't worry about this company.
11December 2011, there is a chairman and md meeting on raja muthaiah mandram madurai, tamilnadu. and there also a dairy firm launch on that day on vadipatty, madurai. coming 2012 april they will give maturity amount 12crores only.kindly note that.

Parivar is fraud company .they have collected money from tamil nadu 1200 cr from last 7 yrs. parivar did not corporate with L.I.C AND ANY OTHERS INSURANCE COMPANY. parivar have no any licence got from govt.no register company..it`s pure cheating. This was 100% fake statement... I think this rumor was spreader by the persons who are all get terminated by the concern in last year... So people dont believe this fake statement... Up to till date the company is giving the maturity to the people who are all the customers of the same concern... As I am an marketing manager of one concern i have good conduct over the Tamilnadu. After i reading the complaint i am just inquired about the concern parivar, no one given me a negative statement. The authorized person mentioned in this complaint is also wrong... if you need any clarifications about parivar you please walk in to the near by CSC or Call Mr. Kathiresan[protected] and Mr. Rajmohan[protected] without any hesitation...
I have pay Rs.800 as monthly installment with my husband name i paid a 4 installments against my agreement number... unfortunately my husband got expired in one accident... i just walk in to the nearest branch from my residencve... within the 10 days the company given me a cheque for Rs.90000/- as Accidental Death Claim and my paid amount Rs.3200/- totally Rs.93200/- as my husband Accidental Death Claim. This is a very good company... I have evidences for that... SO PEOPLE DON'T GIVE ANY
I also a Policy holder in parivar dairies & Allied Ltd, I got a Full Maturity in last Month & also my relative policy holder in parivar. unfartunatly my relative death by accident in april 2011, his wife got the accidental death claim of full amount. so your information is totally wrong. Mr Rajesh I am & My family Members Policy Holder in Parivar Dairies & Allied Ltd, I got a Full Maturity two policy last month. My neiber & Relative Collected some Maturity & Accidental death claim this concern. so this not a frud company. 100% very trusted company.
I have my investment with parivar... I have paid a 95000/- per annum (9500*10)... now i got a cheque 10 nos each Rs.1, 00, 000/- totally for Rs.10 lakhs... This is an very good short term investment plan... So people dont get confused about the rumours... I have invested in Parivar Dairies and Allied ltd in 2009 for a 6 yrs scheme.
I came to know its IRDA license has expired on 2010.

Dear Miss/Mrs Nithyasri... IRDA License is must for the concerns which are all involving is Life Insurance Business and giving the Life Cover. We are not giving the Life cover to any one... We are the Public Limited concern... We need only ROC, MOA and AOA to run the concern... So you can continue your investment with Parivar...

Parivar dairies and allied Ltd was an public limited company and not involving in any insurance oriented products... and we never give a life cover to anyone... In this way the IRDA license in required for the Insurance based concern whereas not necessary for the career company... We have Registrar of Company (ROC) registration, Memorandum and Articles of association...
