They take for ever to pay you and they also don't pay on time for the jobs u complete

Hi My name is Stutee and I live in Bangalore. I booked a dog walker through PetBacker. Her name is Neha Rai. She stopped responding after the booking and when I confronted her she said asked me to cancel the booking as she is not interested to walk my dogs. I immediately raised this on the app and cancelled the booking but PetBacker is not taking any response. My money is stuck and I don’t know how to get it. This is some foreign company with no customer support number or address. I guess these guys are fraud. This Neha Rai is also part of this scam. She wants to take money but give no service.

Hi sir/madam,
My name is Nandish. I'm residing in Bangalore. I have registered myself on petbacker app to provide pet services like pet boarding, pet sitting. Anhy bookings made by the client will happen through the app and the company holds our amount until the services is completed. As company norms they need to credit the amount within 7 working days into our bank account. But its been months now and the company has not paid my amount. I have raised several complaints regarding this to the company but no answer from them. I request you to please intervene and help in this regard. I guess the petbacker company is doing the same thing to several other backers. I myself know few people who have the same issue.
