I have submmitted my original documents at phenomenal health care services office on date 13.09.2017 of my policy no PGA[protected] but till date i have not received my payment

On maturity of the certificate I approached their office. They gave me post dated cheque for Rs.35, 000 plus an other cheque for rs.4000 as interest as the amount was pending more than one year. When I deposited the cheques, it got bounced for insufficient funds in their account. After repeated visits and talks, till today there is no response from the party. What should be done in this case?

Policy number is pga[protected]. I had invested rs75000 in the company in the year 2007. On te date of maturity i was supposed to get rs.150000 the maturity date was 16/03/2018. However the company office in sikkim has been shut for the last six months. As evident it is happening not only in sikkim but all other states. Can i file a criminal case against the agent who had got me to take this policy.
