I visited pind balluchi Greater Kailash 1 for lunch on 30-Apr-2023. Their service was very bad and delayed. At end they billed us service tax at 10% and have not been informed. After payment when i asked why you have charged service tax they said it is optional and we coukd have removed before payment. They told now you ahve paid by card we can not return charges but can provide you discount on next visit.

I visited pind balluchi airia mall gurgaon for dinner on 12-nov-2022. Their service was very bad once they serviced us food they never get Back to us to ask if we need anything else or not. I have to go to the counter to ask for additional Rotis. The quality that they serve was also very less even it was insufficient for two members.
That's not it at the time of billing when I ask to remove the service charges they told me it's mandatory...

One litre package drinking water ( Aquafina) with a printed price of Rs. 20 was billed for Rs. 60 + Taxes (Rs 75, 82) totalling to Rs. 151.64 for two bottles on 10th November, 2015 by Pind Balluchi Restaurant, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura.

The water was pre-positioned at the table and the service provider did not ask for preference of packaged water or regular water, thereby tricking the customers into consuming the water...

I would like to take this up very strongly , an issue which might have come up earlier in many forums i.e. overcharge on MRP. I visited Pind Balluchi Restaurent , Malviya Nagar , New Delhi on Friday night i.e. 26th Nov,2010 for dinner and they have charged Rs 53 for a bottle of Bisleri Mineral water - 1 Litre which has a printed MRP of 15 /-.

After seeing the bill, when I enquiried with restaurent authority , they told me...
