Complaining about a online shopping site pinhealth, i had ordered a product by this site but as soon as i were felt that the product was not the same as i ordered for so i returned that one... I got a mail from this site that i get my money in some 5 to 7 business dayz i returned the product on nov 2019 but they have not returned my money yet they procrastinate my request by saying the same thing again again... I am worried about my money...

I have ordered a hair oil and shampoo from pinhealth website on 19th december 2018. There was no update from their side till 21st december. Then i e-mailed them and git reply that i will receive my order by 22nd.
Today is 24th december and still i have not received my order. I have mailed them like 10 times and got no reply.
Pathetic service.
