However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I got a call from one number and they ask me to activate their work... I submitted my license copy i didn't know it was this much danger.. Please help me regarding this issue.. They threadining for money otherwise they saying that they take the legal actions.. The given site has not worked properly.. That my system got problem for 2times while doing work.. Thank you.....
