Amt Rs 3452 was deducted from account but order snowed as cancelled....

I have ordered two Waghnaki Plants on april 5th 2017, having order id 16936 from there website.Amount has been deducted but no confirmation of the same is received from theer side despite numerous efforts to enquire.
Phone number shared on the site is never responding.And no response to mails as well.Please help me get my refund.And this type of business needs to be shut by the government....
