I have purchased a puppy from Podar Kennel on in Jan 2022, the kennel told me that I will get the KCI certificate in three months, it’s been seven months I have been chasing for the certificate but there is no response also the puppy that I have purchased has skincare issues which I feel was known to the kennel and still sold to me these people are clearlyCheats and do not provide quality service as they suggest

We finalised a puppy by seeing a video and we transferred the funds to his bank account of 40k for two puppies which is 30k for each they airlifted one puppy and paid 10k as advance for he other puppy.
