I have paid 35k for a toy pom six months back and havent received the pup till now though i paid full amount. He is not attending calls

In january 2019 i ordered two neapolitan mastiff puppies, one male and one female, and was told that they were 45 and 55 days old. As demanded i transferred rs 1 lakh to the account of aditi poddar. They were supposed to be delivered on the 17th february 2019, to guwahati airport.in the morning i was told only the male was being sent because the female vomited at the airport and the airline refused to load her. When i got to the airport i found the male puppy, who was extremely emaciated (Though he at least was a neapolitan mastiff; you can't mistake the breed for another). He was also extremely young, obviously not close to 45 days. I have parented two neapolitan mastiffs before and i know what a 45 day old puppy looks like. His digestive system is not yet fully developed and though he has put on weight he still has trouble managing proper food; he was obviously weaned forcibly. The other puppy was supposed to be sent on 19th february.in the morning they said they could not send her because the aeroplane was carrying radioactive material. They said they would send her on the 20th which was not possible for me so i refused. I informed them that they would have to send the puppy on the 24th, which they agreed. I told them in the meantime to send the kci registration papers and vaccination records they promised to send by courier. They kept delaying, then said they would send on friday 22 feb. But since the evening of 22 feb they have not taken my phone calls. Also they did not confirm that they will send the female puppy. At 430 pm on 23rd february, after trying to call them at least 30-40 times on all their three mobile numbers with all my calls bring refused, i sent a message by whatsapp and also by email saying that i was cancelling the order and demanded the refund of the cost of the female puppy. I also told them that i would not be accepting the puppy if sent.

Bijoy Poddar of Poddar kennels has sold us a different puppy from the one he was supposed to sell us. Besides that fact which in itself is fraudulant, he has also not yet sent us the pedigree papers of the puppy. When contacted he promised to send it within a week. It has now been over a month and the papers have not arrived. Conviently now the "gentleman" in question is unavailable. His staff have been well coached to lie and give us some cock-and-bull story about the papers being couriered to us. All you people out there who need an animal FRIEND, please avoid buying from middlemen like Bijoy Poddar and the likes of him. Adopt a stray is what I preach and practise!

i bought a golden retriever pup for rs 15000/- from poddar lennels in nov 2010.
the pup was shipped to me at chandigarh and i was told that papers will follow.
after repeated communications and reminders mr bijoy the owner of the kennels keeps on giving excuses and has still not despatched the papers. the kennel is regd one. i have despatch details of the pup and the consignment note also. my comn with the kennel is also recorded.details of kennel owner

Mr Bijoy Poddar is a fraud and a cheat. Beware people he never ships the actual papers, he has shipped 3 people I know (apart from me) the papers of some champion lineage where none existed before the sold the dog. Needless to say - no papers were recieved after the dog was sold....
