I bought toy poodle from bijoy poddar who is the owner of Poddarkenel and was informed tat will deliver the same puppy as per the photo. But I got different puppy. I paid 50, 000 rs to his business account as he asked. He said he is shipping from delhi and he will send kci certificate, micro chip and vaccination card along with puppy. Bijoy Poddar, owner of Poddar Kennel, Dwarka, Delhi sold us a pug pup for rs 30,000.
He took 100% payment in advance and promised that he would send us the necessary documentation: KCI certificate, Microchip and Vet certificate. He did not send them as promised and now he doesn't take our calls. They are frauds and cheats.
The net is FULL OF CONSUMER COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. Their license should be revoked...
