I Niraj Bhandari is a policy holder in star health from 12 oct 2021. My policy number is P/161130/01/2022/086216.
I have earlier religare policy but I left that as it was stated to me that star health insurance is the best and I have suggested my relatives and friends to get ported to star health to get maximum benefit. But at my own case you denied the cashless to me even If I have taken a huge amount policy.
Your this step will give me a huge mental stress at this moment, I am on one side praying for my wife to get recover fast with my two small child at home by taking a 100% leave on the other side you pour salts on my wound by rejecting cashless scheme.
Your cashless rejection is giving me mental pressure while I thought your hand will help me to get relief during my bad days.
Hope you understand all the pain n trauma felt by me and will help me in getting cashless treatment.

I took a health insurance policy from policyx, and I was promised that I will be getting 15% cashback after 15days of the policy . But it has been a month now and company and its agent are delaying by telling system has some problem and it will be credited in 2 days .
Took policy on 13aug and repeatedly mailed the company but same reply it will be resolved .

I was promised by one of the executive that the charges for interest for 12 months emi will be waived off & also refund was promised by the team but no response from at all. It's been 3 months and no resolution has been provided by their team. Really disappointing.

Very disgusting. Today only I purchased star health in insurance policy for self husband n daughter but in policy documents, my name is not mentioned instead two times my husband's name is mentioned so also two I d cards in my husbands name r issued. It s really annoying.

Dated 27 sep.2017. I received hard copy of all document on 3rd oct
2017.
After reading the doc i found that all termes and condition are not
Same which was explained by the policy x.com personnel over phone. On
Same date 03/10/2017 i mark the mail to policy x.com team and ask for
My refund. I also teliphonically discuss with concern personnel
Regarding this and after discussion i again write a mail for my refund
Of 15065 rupees. But till today i don't got my refund. So many time i
Online chat with concern personnel and ask for my refund but not get
Any response from policyx.com.
I have made many written communication to policyx.com but not get any response.
Even the personnel not ready to provide the email address of company
Ceo mr. Naval goel and their immediate senior.
As matter was under discussion so i have not take any benifit of this
Policy but after one year i dont get my refund. Due to this reason i
Could not purchase any other health insurance policy. After one year
As renewal is due then they started calling me for renewal of policy
But no body ready to solve my query.

I could not use the policy even when i had need because i have asked for refund. They mentally harsh me all over
The year. After one year who will compensate me for this???

My request to you pl look the matter seriously and take strict action
And ask to refund my amount with compansation of 10 lakh.

Representative of policy x mr. Ashish pandey had sold me term insurance of 1 crore of icici pru on the pre text of : lump sum pay adoption, half yearly premium frequency amounting rs.14746- vide application no. Ob09634748. I have paid rs.2491- as a first month premium at initial stage but icici had demanded premium of rs.14875- for 5 months instead of actual balance of rs.12255- as quoted by ashish pandey. You are requested to get rectify the total premium amount payable in every six months for rs.14746- instead of present premium set by icici pru of rs.17365- though i have received the message for other changes but i am yet to receive the correct policy documents from icici pru.

After going through reviews on various websites, had booked apollo munich policy through policyx.com on 20/12/2017 for si 10 lakhs. They claimed to deliver the policy document within one hour. But it has been more than three days, but still have not received my policy document. Neither i have got any verification call. The customer help support just keeps stalling the issue. Don't let the paid and fake reviews trick you. Stay from this company and book directly from the insurance company.

Dear sir,

I was working with policyx.com an insurance comparison website, placed at 33/33A, 3rd floor, Rama road Kirti nagar, New Delhi, 110015, ( mobile no - [protected]). I worked with policyx.com around 3 month . when i left that company, company VP Mr. Rattandeep singh commit me that my pending salary ( Dues) will released after 45 days .of my Resign . but now its already 45 days gone away . but they did't give my salary . And when i call them they told me not to call there . i have called them a lot of times but some times they said i am busy talk latter and now they never pick my phone and never reply my emails and SMS.

SO please help me out how to get my money from him.

I had purchase 2 Medical Policies of STAR HEALTH INSURANCE on 29th October, 2015 between 6.15 pm to 8.15 pm through www.policyx.com tele marketing executive. I had talked in details and clarified each and every point from Mr Jitendra Prasad the Tele Executive of the company. I was promised that i would receive 15% Discount on the premium paid by me within 15 days I paid Approx Rs 100000 (INR One Lakh) to the company through my credit card on 29th Oct, 2015 Till today, i.e. 8th December, 2015, i have just received 5% Discount from the said company. i have sent complaint to them towards my grievances on date : 23.11.2015, 01.12.2015, 03.12.2015 & 08.12.2015 on [protected]@policyx.com But to my surprise, i have not even received a single reply from them. Not only this, i have called them 10 times on their toll free number :[protected] and everytime they tell me that sir, we will get back to you within 15 minutes but have never called me again. I have all the Telephonic Talks recorded with me towards the proof. This is my sincere request to all the Public to take utmost care before dealing with them. THEY ARE THOROUGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am planning to register a FRAUD & CHEATING CASE AGAINST THEM and request everyone to come forward and let me know if something similar is faced by anyone else. Pramod Bansal ([protected]@gmail.com)
