My booking cancelled but booking amount not refunded by porter
I booked packers and mover on 31 march, at the time of booking, they said the team would arrive 10 minutes earlier than the time I provided. after 3 hours of waiting 3 hours and no one had arrived, I requested canceled my order after 4 hours of waiting, and they promised to refund the booking amount within 2 days but now its more than 1 week i haven't received my refund and they have not replied on my mail yet, they are not refunding my booking amount which is 500 INR.

Asking extra money otrherthan servise charges

I booked a porter trip on 18/03/2023 to send a business consignment on 22:00 PM the trip started and the driver with all our material went to drop point destination and total fare amount was shown on app same paid, later on Portor team revised the fare after a day and called me and asking to pay extra amount where other than fare price which was already completed trip from porter app, porter asking recovery of extra money same handled by customer Supports. Now outstanding amount showing in my porter account every day these customer support team keep calling me and telling there was porter app software error so its not company issue and now u have to pay extra payment 258rs.kindly help on this issue. Because if its higher amount i should have choose other transport service now these company while booking showing one price and after they ask extra money even trip completed after a day other than normal fare, kindly help to stop making fraud by porter service.

Of not delivering services properly and no support

I booked a porter trip on 01/03/2023 to send a buisness consignment on 5:00 PM the trip started on 5:29 PM and instead of the destination the driver with all our material went somewhere else and blacklisted all the calls after picking up no SUPPORT from porter, porter denied recovery of any mishap happens and critical situations are handled by cistomer SUPPORTs instead of superior managers.
Porter claims of live tracking which is ### the CUSTOMER SUPPORT team bluntly accepted they are not able to track the vehicle, my material and my money was on stake.After final call i warned the driver of police complaint which sCAREd him and he agreed to return to the pickup point.

Fake update on delivery date
While placing delivery and sending the courier now customer care is calling me and telling me that instead of 3 days it will reach in 8 to 10 days. It was already updated and discussed prior but how can porter do this. I already updated that it is food item.
I need my food my items which I had shared - whole refund of 20 K.

No orders
I am porter partner, doing ur deliveries, I have just intended to write
In Mumbai especially for bikers, you people are using same strategy with
heavy trucks and tempo, we bikers are different from those, please
implement some other rule for bikers, today I was waiting for order since
3.5 hrs, no orders, in a simple way cannot rely on u people for our living.
U people are wasting our time, in Mumbai City, time is money, i cannot
compensate my time. There are also plenty of competitors in Mumbai, for
example, wefast, uncle delivery, rapido, goody etc... in such a city like
mumbai we cannot rely on ur dominating orders.
Like a crow is wating for a piece meat.
If you really want to survive in market, please, set a agenda for bikers,
hence we have other options too. Cannot rely on u people.
Today in vasai waited for 3.5 hrs with no orders.

I took packers and movers services from porter.in on 1st Aug where the initial quote was INR 12000, bower just before completion they asked for extra 3000 which I paid as my goods were on the road and moving to my new location.

Reimbursement not provided for Damaged Monitor

Hi Team,
This is in regards with the complaint i made to porter for my damaged monitor.
Few days back i hired porter 2 wheeler to pick my desktop from Shahad and deliver it to my home address(invoice attached). In the transit delivery boy broke the monitor i dont know in what way. When i switched on the monitor colourful screen appeared(image attached). I got it checked from Engineer and he told that the monitor is damaged and cannot be repaired .
I raised a complaint of this to porter for which they called and one whatsapp number was provided by them on the call for sending damaged monitor(Worth Rs.3900) photo and invoice. I sent the same on whatsapp(+[protected] after 2 days as i was not getting invoice. After that i followed up 2 times to reply but they are not replying now. When i call on customer care number it only says to book the vehicle. Kindly help to get the reimbursement from them for the damaged monitor.
