As per the telephonic conversation with the prepladder team the neuros bootcamp offline classes has been cancelled and I have given the consent for issue of the full refund by mail.

The refund has not been issued till now from the team, and its already been many days now . Kindly tell the prepladder team to initiate my refund asap.

I have subscribed to the neuros on 4th August and till now after 1 month and 14 days, i have not received my rapid revision notes.

I have contacted the customer care and email the customer care several times but still I have not even received my notes till now. I already paid the full amount and there is severe delay and deficiency in this service which was promised.

Kindly deliver my notes immediately.
