However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I left the company in Jan'11, its been a year since then and I have not yet received my Full & Final from Prognosys E Services (Noida). I have been doing follow ups from the Management since then but nobody response to my mails. I have served my notice period and the company promised to provide the F&F by 45 days....a year has passed by, nor the Finance Head Mr.Praful Srivastava...

I have worked more than 2.5 years in prognosys e services based in noida, now some months back i have already resigned.....Now when i m asking for FNF, the HR & Finance dept.makes excuses like anything....everytime these guys make some or the hell excuses....So, now no option left that's why i m registering my complaint on this....Guys Be Aware............
