Pvvnl: Eudd-v Sector-20 Noida Complaints & Reviews

We had given an application on 26/06/2018 to the office of Executive Engineer EUDD-V, Sector-20, Noida to reduce our electricity load from 120kva to 70kva on 26/06/2018. We had submitted along with the duly signed Application, Allotment letter, Possesion letter, SSI Regd.letter, MoA of the Company, Affidavit on 10 rs. stamp paper, Photo of Applicant, Last paid bill copy and B & L Form. However more than 2 years have elapsed and after many visits to the office of EUDD-V, no action has been taken and they claim to have misplaced the given form alongwith all the attachments. A delay of more than 2 years hints at carelessness and corruption. If a consumer has to wait for more than 2 years to reduce his electric load in such difficult times speaks volumes of apathy in PVVNL offices. Kindly take action so that our complaint can be redressed. " We already complained it online on Consumer complaint site on 05/08/2020, which they have marked resolved. But our complaint not resolved yet. We already submitted all the amount and problem still exist. Siti not changed yet, load reduction still the same. JEE (Mr. Pawan) of your Sector-3 branch executive not co-operating with us. He is just wasting the time by delaying this matter. He is just getting rid of this work and troubling us by ignoring it.
