My name is P.S.N.Jagapathi Raju i have got R shield insurance subscription along with credit card last year But I told, that am not interested before 2 months they ensured that my Insurance will be canceled and i got a message that request is also processed.I said repeatedly 4 or 5 times to that customer care executives. But R shield insurance premium Rs.720 debited in my RBl bank platinum plus super credit card.
