The matter happened on yesterday night. No ph calls in EMERGENCY CALL SERVICE attended/switched off till 10 AM on date. When contacted, informed within 2 to 2.5 hr service man will be appeared. But no yet attended. On further contacts, using such a language that should not be from a service provider. Majority times ph are not attended. Cocking remains stopped since yesterday night....

I did not receive the due till date although supply of gas has been rendered for booking date 28/02/11. My dealer is Radha Raman Gas Service, 72 Gangapuri, Kolkata - 700 093.
