Complaint on publishing false, derogatory, defamatory, unsubstantiated news item in patrika , daily newspaper Sagar (M.P) edition

Subject: Fabricated news reported in patrika’ newspaper, Sagar (MP) edition on Dated 25th Feb 2022 for intentional dilution of the image of the undersigned by using defamatory and derogatory term ‘manmuji’ and content matters without substantiated records leads to harassment, humiliation and a loss of public image of a reputed personality.
Sir,
I have gone through thedaily Newspaper “patrika” Hindi, Sagar Edition, Dated 25/02/2022, with title heading “ prarambhik jaanch report adhyan ke bad liyagaya faisala: ‘MANMAUJI’ Professor ke karyon ki hogi gehan jaanch ”reported at page 2 ( copy enclosed). The title of the news and its contents shocked me and since then a large number of associated social persons including students are observing me with suspicion as against my fair and clean image on the board. The term used in the title of the news ‘manmauji’ is observed as a derogatory and defamatory term against the status of the undersigned. Such loose use of language in your reputed newspaper has not only downgraded its imagewith respect to the love and trust of its readers but also has humiliated me. Further to add that the statements made in the body of the above reported newssuffers from factual fallacy. Rather it is acriminal intimidation ofan attempt to make personal attacks on thedignity and liberty of a Professor vis-a- vist he reputation of a University. This cheap reporting is not a casual one but a well thought write-up. I may draw your kind attention to the following anomaliesand unverified baseless statements caused a severe damage to a long earned goodwill in the public domain. Following false statement made in the body of the reported newsare in question-
1. Arrogance of correspondent in putting a blot on my name without any reason/ consultation
2. The title term ‘prambhik jaanch’ is a false, self created and misleading without base.
3. Fabricated word “Manmuji” is beyond the use of a civilized society and has created a panic to me and my social circle. The term is considered derogatory, defamatory and highly objectionable.
4. Statement with respect to the decision of EC for not giving any Departmental responsibilityisout of context.
5. Unsupported statement pertaining to duration of inquiry i.e., two years is self-cooked or supported by some intra university rivals.
6. Statement onthe issue of study tour during lockdown is baseless and fabricated and is a matter of suspicious involvement of the correspondent with the intra university grumbled elements.
7. Statement on students beingstuck is false and out of journalistic jurisdiction andwithout mention ofsource of informationis purely a cock and bull story
8. News item in reference to senior teacher to accompany the tour isa falsely reportedwithout the expert/ office opinion/ referral of supporting documents on this issue.
9. Statements damaging the reputation of the undersigned in the context of the intra department affairs such asnot passing information to Department teachers
10. Detrimental statement regarding Non sending of awards of Students for one year is aimed to degradethe set image of the undersigned.
11. The fabricated statements regarding the causes assigned for removal of the undersigned from the charges of Dean and Headis far from truth without substantiated document andis a libel.
The aforesaid use of derogatory term, false, fabricated facts and misinformation in the ‘Patrika’ newspaper has caused public humiliation and inflicted injury to my public image, dignity and liberty vis-a-vis the name and fame of the University. It calls for an immediate explanation on the above raised points by return of post within ten days and necessary action be initiated against the professional misconduct of concerned journalists (the Reporter and the editor of the edition) for their callousness and highhandedness in publishing fabricated news.Otherwise the undersignedwill be left with no option but to initiate legalproceedings involving civil and criminal defamation.

Today i saw news About Manchester City winning three titles in a row on your Sports page. This news is false. 2018, 2019, Manchester city wom, 2020 Liverpool and than 2021 again city, its three title win in 4 years not, back to back wins As you mentioned in news.So keeps ur facts updated sir.

I sold my car to car dekho and received the payment ...there after I received multiple calls from Car Dekho that we are providing specials service for Maruti Arena product ..as we are having tie up with Maruti Arena ...but you will pay the 149 for our membership fees where we depute one dedicated RM who will provide you best price or discount ...and assured me for minimum 5000/- discount guarantee among dealer discount ...I was agreed to pay ...and they send me the link and I paid the online rs.149/- on dated 8.2.2021 vide transition id VIN/RAZ GIRNAR/[protected]...there after I received the call of on RM and he told me that he will provide the best discount among all the dealers ... RM of card dekho referred my number to sales guys of Satnam Motocorp and told me that they are only having the tie up with this dealer only .. sales guy of satnam motocorp told me that you have to take the insurance from us than only we will pass you the exchange bonus ..I reported the facts to car dekho official but thwy are also confirmed me that you have to take the insurance from dealer otherwise what is the benefit to dealer or us .. I have been followed from Car-dekho but they told me that please take the insurance from dealer or us other wise we will not pass the exchange bonus ...please find below the mail communication which is done from car dekho regarding this matter ... I requested to you to please get resolved this matter on priority .

Vacancy Article published under career head is misleading

In your newspaper which was published on 12 February 2021 under the career head on page 4 there is an article on vacancy by CAG for 10811 posts all over India.
This article is completely misleading.
Because currently there is no opening on the CAG website.
The only notification on cag website is regarding asking the comments for the published recruitment rules from the stakeholders.

news reporters published fake news

Sir/Mam I want to tell that in today's newspaper(14 April 2020) on page no.3 there was news related to the lockdown and the issues.
News reporters take there pictures and tell them that we published the news that these families are following the lockdown and appreciate them but when the newspaper came they print another news that they take money from others to meet there basic needs and waiting for help from government .
But they are able enough to meet there needs they also have proper homes and vehicles this news also make them shameless in front of society .
So please take action about this and give them justice
News reporters take there pictures and tell them that we published the news that these families are following the lockdown and appreciate them but when the newspaper came they print another news that they take money from others to meet there basic needs and waiting for help from government .
But they are able enough to meet there needs they also have proper homes and vehicles this news also make them shameless in front of society .
So please take action about this and give them justice

I want to complain about the problem which we are facing that today in the afternoon one lady was badly harmedby the cow she is in icu her lungs are fractured and few years ago a child and his grandmother was also harmedby the same cow. And we have talked to the nagar nigam office and parshad of our ward but no one is taking any action against this. Kindly do any solution as soon as possible.

सर मेरा नाम पार्थ है। मेरी उम्र 7 वर्ष है मे उदयपुर का रहने वाला हूँ। मे ओर मेरे दोस्त गूलाब बाग मे खेलने गये थे तो वहां उपस्थित एक पुलिसकर्मी (नाहर सिंह) ने हमें धक्के मार कर वहां से जाने को कहा जिससे मे बहुत डर गया ओर उसके बाद अब वहां जाने से भी डर लगने लगा है। सर गुलाब बाग खेलने कि जगह है फिर भी पुलिसकर्मियों द्वारा हमें आये दिन परेशान किया जाता है।
सर वहां सेवा देने वाले पुलिसकर्मी नाहर सिंह ने हमें गिरफ्तार करने कि धमकी भी दि जिससे मेरे सारे दोस्त डरे हुए है।

Maine 6 mahine pahle naresh kumar prajapat at malviya nagar hawker ki gatepass ki copy 105 patrika jagatpura center pr chandra prakash bairwa ke name se transfer karwai thi. Us time mujhe kha gya ki copy transfer ho gai hei.
Lekin mujhe ab pta chala hei ki wo copy mere gatepass me hi transfer krdi gai.
Mere pass 40 rajasthan patrika ki copy bachti hei ur center incharge vinod sharma g copy kam nhi kr rhe hei. Please aapse request hei hei ki meri gatepass me se 40 copy kam kr di jay. Thanks.

Actually newspaper dated 28th of august 2018, in bharatpur patrika, a article said
Q1. There is only 05 days remaining to file the itr but last date as per it is 31st august 2018. Now my question is that how 5 days will be calculated from 28th august to arrive 31st august 2018.
Q2. Article said, that person having income more than rs.2, 50, 000 and not liable to audit, required to file the itr upto 31st august 2018? Now my question is that where is this provision in it act.?
Q3. Article said, penalty will be levied for rs.5, 000 upto 31st dec. 2018 and after that rs.10, 000. Now my question is that what about the penalty rs.1, 000 if person having income not more than rs.5, 00, 000??
Q4. Article said, a work "और" which is actually the word "ओर".
You are the best of newspaper but these type of blenders, how can we tolerate. People get misguide from this information and details about income tax. Now i want reply on this asap from your side. Om the reliable source we cpome to know that govt has handed the land of suchana kendra to information technolgy secretary orders that land is ours abd student has to go from here the land is about 10000 crores but in 500 crores project handed to it department for fun city noneed in the city of jaipur make it outside of funcity outside jaipur city and make the librray digital si that student can study there and get the knoweled so that digital india can be made

इसी कि कारन राजस्थान पत्रिका के प्रति आमजन मै गहरी पेठ व विश्वास कायम
है.
लेकिन सवर्ण आरक्षण कि मांग को राजस्थान पत्रिका ने भी सरकार के
इशारो पर दबा दिया.

Sir I am very much distressed due to your improper work of your distributer. Sir your distributer does not deliever newspaper daily and timely sometime even does not deliever for two to three days and we just ignored it but it is enough now so I request you sir please solve this problem as soon as possible

There is a news in todays news paper[protected] page no. 12 about a south indian actress who faced kidnapping n molestation for money. In the newspaper its clearly mentioned that she has been a rape victim.. But its totally wrong, before knowing the authentic news you people can't decide she is a rape victim or not. Please avoid such type of news that can harm the reputation of a an individual and specially a female.

राजस्थान पत्रिका में छपी यह अमर्यादित टिप्पणी न केवल वर्माजी की कुंठित मानसिकता का परिचायक है बल्कि पत्रिका की संपादन नीति पर भी सवालिया निशान खड़ा करती है।जो लोग यहां तक नहीं जानते कि चारण क्या है?और भाट क्या है?दोनों का अलग अलग कार्य क्षेत्र रहा है और दोनों की समाज में अलग -अलग सम्माननीय स्थिति रही है।पीत पत्रकारिता करने वाले व सामाजिक अलगाव की भाषा बोलकर अपनी रोटी पकाने वाले वर्माजी जैसे लोगों ने न तो आज तक चारण साहित्य ही पढा और न ही इनकी ऐसी कोई पृष्ठभूमि रही है ।ऐसे में इन्हें कैसे पता होगा कि चारण बनाए नहीं जाते बल्कि यह एक नैसर्गिक वैचारिक प्रतिबद्धता का नाम है जिन्होंने विदेशी आक्रांताओं के खिलाफ भारतीय जन मानस में विद्रोह की ज्वाला प्रज्वलित करने का कार्य किया है।जिस जाति में ईशरदास बारठ, दुरसा आढा, नरहरदास बारठ, जाडा मेहडू, बांकी दास आशिया, सूर्यमल्ल मीसण केशरसिंह बारहठ जैसे प्रभृति कवि हुए जिनकी समकक्षता के लिए वर्माजी की सात पीढियां सात बार जन्म ले, तो भी नहीं कर सकती।

Shameful acts

Rajasthan Patrika is favouring AAP Party and is always habitual of opposing BJP(Spcl.Namo).
I dont know why such a reputed media group is doing such a shameful act.
In 06/Mar/14 surat edition it had published only half truth that Arvind kejriwal was detained by the Gujarat Police but hidden the full news, that how Kejriwal's supporter including AAP leaders (Spcl.Ashutosh) were violently attacking BJP Delhi and UP offices.
The act done by Kejriwal supporter was very shameful and it is hindering normal rules and regulations of police department and also endangering many people lifes, by doing such violent protests.
Such shameful and malafide acts by any political party should not be encouraged by Rajasthan Patrika and other newspaper also.
I dont know why such a reputed media group is doing such a shameful act.

My complain to the rajasthan newspaper is "The market price of gold and silver is much more according to MCDX rates. the market holders are charging a lot of price on silver and gold. How an economical person can buy this metals. I am getting a lot of problem. people are not getting any benifit of it.. In all daily news channels we talk about the lower rates of gold and silver... but the shopkeeper are not giving these metals on the MCDX rates or an amount which is beneficial to both shopkeeper and consumers...
Can u help the consumer by giving up an article on this issue. or advising people how to tackle all shopkeepers for such price levels. "

Sir in today (31-7/2013) addition of rajasthan patrika in jhunjhunu patrika section page no 12 you pasted 3 photos of damaged road.and wrote that govt.is not taking action for repairing it.this report is absolutely wrong .first thi is that you pasted three photos of one road from three different angles and you describe these 3 roads are different as PHED rod, panch dev road, khemi sati road.but actually these all three names are related two a single road.and second thing is that repairing work is started on this road 5-6 days before.you click pics from one side but not from other side where repair in progress.if you see your pics closly then you clearly saw jcb' s working on it.i know after 2-3 days you again post the pics of repair work started on this road with praising lines that this work is started due to rajasthan patrika report.

Dear sir,
i have received a mail from ur company that i won a prize money of 15, 00, 000/-great british pound.for get that prize they gave me three option ton pay delivery charges money.kindly mail me whether its true or false award.

NON RECEIPT OF PAN CARD
Dear Sir,
My self is SITA RAM JAT S/o MEWA RAM JAT. My PAN No. is ADGPJ4575N. I had applied for duplicate PAN CARD on[protected] at NSDL vide acknowledgment no. [protected] as I had alos not received my PAN CARD earlier.
But I had not received the PAN Card.When I approached the above said Income Tax PAN service unit they said that my request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' cannot be processed as PAN holder details provided by you in the application do not match with PAN holder details in the Income Tax Department (ITD) database. They gave me a letter regarding discrepencies in my application form.
I had submitted the informations( A certificate of Gazetted Officer declaring that Mewa Ram Jat and Mewa Ram, is the name of same person) as required by them with the that application form.
After submitting the document at NSDL office I contact them various times but the problem is remain same.
We request you kindly look in to my complaint and arrange to send the PAN card. Regarding my PAN CARD me details are given below:
Name : SITA RAM JAT
Father's Name : MEWA RAM JAT
DOB : 10/07/1963
Status : INDIVIDUAL
NSDL acknowledgement no. [protected]
