Good morning!!
I have transferred Rs. 899.00 to purchase toilet brush from RAZPRAZORPAYSOFTWARE on 22 December 2020 from my hdfc account (transaction GG4lNHBw2iEYOQ-RAZPRAZORPAYSOFTWARE) and cheque no[protected].
I received the toilet brush today on 26th December 2020 through bluedart (Invoice no. NP/1724898). And the person charged Rs. 899.00 again from my wife while delivering the product. It was unnecessary for the reason that I had paid the amount through net banking already.
I tried to the given phone number on the wrapper ([protected]) and it was said incorrect.

So, can you please return Rs. . 899.00 to my account, which I paid double.

We request you to please help us, in getting back our amount.

I had purchased a coffee mug on 3rd December. The dispatching date was 19th Dec, but no contact yet.

I searched in my email, i could not find any details. Then searched on my bank statement, and found the payment was Rs 219.

Why dont the government ban the fraud companies..?
