Rediffmail.com Change Alternative Email Id Complaints & Reviews

I am having rediff mail account [protected]@rediffmail.com. I would like to reactivate the said account. I am not remembering my password for my rediffmail account. I do not know the alternate e-mail connected to the said rediff mail. I would like to change the alternate mail address and reactivate my rediff mail, after setting new pass word. Please help me.

My name is Sowjanyakumari Yedla, i'm haveing an account in rediffmail as sowji.[protected]@rediffmail.com whihc been used long back and i'm unable to reset my password as
i'm unable to access my alternative email alternate email ID "S****[protected]@REDIFFMAIL.COM".

can you please change my alternative email to [protected]@gmail.com.
