Redtaxi driver took wrong route and over charged

I booked red Taxi from Lakshmi nagar bypass to periyavalasu. He went to nasiyanoor bypass 20 kms instead of sakthi road and charged 460rs to travel 6 kms. Very bad driver. He is arguing passenger asked this route. But he started nasiyanoor by pass route before asking customer. Very bad driver never seen such drivers . His speech is like harrassing. Rude driver

I booked a cab for my grandmother and they sent Veh.No: TN66P0106. The driver was very rude and impolite. I've always booked redtaxi and I've never experienced such thing. It's very disappointing. I dono if this complaint would do anything. But sadly writing a complaint is the only thing I could do.
