I had ordered a product Panasonic eluga17 refurbished mobile from the website and had paid Rs:1399/- online through HELLOEX. Though the money was deducted. I didn't receive any order details nor any despatch details. This transaction was done on 29/06/2022. I contacted the customer care but didn't get any response. So I request for refund my money ASAP.
