on 15th march i got a call from resume search about a part time job. On that side there were a girl, she asked me to do part time job of resume filling work and offer me 18000/month. So in greed of money i accepted. I asked her that what kind of work i have to do, then she told me that i have to fill 600 resumes within 7 days with 90% accuracy means i have to fill 540/600 correct resumes. In any kind of inconvenience...

I got a call regarding job and they gave the details and made me to sign the contract without allowing me to read the contract. Now they are asking me to pay rs. 6450 and an advocate is threatning me to take legal action. this is a fraud company....

The company Resume search, offered me a an online job role of filling up the details of 600 resumes within seven days. However I informed them after some days that I am unable to pay portal service charges and will not be able to fill all the details within time. I filled in the details of 50 resumes and submitted . Now they called me and one of them shouted at me saying ' Shut up' and giving threats to pay. Their lawyer however said no need...

Mere paas ek message aaya tha online typing (Resume filling) ke liye...Ladki ne apna naam ishika likha tha msg mai... phone par baat karne ke baad apna naam ishika Roy bata tha...phir adhaar card, photo and 9 baar agreement ke niche next karne ko bola tha.. phir mujhse keh lagi 7 din mai 600/- fill karne hai..uske dwara send kiya important note bhi de raha hoon..

They haven't mentioned the exact terms and condition which made me to sign unfair agreement, they give misinformation now I have asked them to cancel but they are refusing it, kindly take action on them otherwise they could cheat many innocent youths and threaten them...

The intention of the company is to cheat in an innovative way, they wont ask any money for registration but they will create an unfair agreement please don't sign it....

I am normal minimum working person and lots of responsibility over me I am trying to do some extra work and earn something in this lock down period but these types of companies down's our moral. They pay us besides work done by us they are asking for payment from my side this is not acceptable, here details for company and process please let me know if anything is missing and pls help me out of this.
