I am a resident of sec83 Gurgaon My vendor Neeraj Yadav of Riya news Agency takes delivery charges of Rs 70 per paper per month in addition to the cost of the newspaper, and that too in advance. Pl take steps to stop this highhandedness on his part and make newspaper reading a pleasant experience....

Charging Extra Despite My Subscription Of TOI+ET Combo

I have subscribed the TOI + ET (in COMBO) and WEALTH (every Monday).
Chages for the combo should be less than the individual papers, but every time they charge 550/- per month for the same. Requested them many times but no response. Kindly check and resolve the issue if you can.
