Sir my policy no. R-RJ-EA-69448. I have already submitted a complaint regarding my issue through complaint no. [protected] on 12 April 2022 and I also sent all the details to dojhunjhunu.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in on 12 April 2022 is given through this complaint reference by mail but there is no any response received regarding that till date. My policy issues that I was paid Rs 7355 on 30 oct 2014 but it was not updated in my policy after that my policy was closed by post office due to offline and the same was opened by me on 15 Dec 2015 in the main branch post office chirawa by submitting all connected documents and policy was become online during that time but I was paid Rs 15026 on 15 Dec 2015 but premium amount is Rs 7355 when I was asked about the double payment of premium to concern depositing staff of post office chirawa then he was asked to me that double payment premium adjusted in last premium of your policy. In this regard I was already submitted a complaint to Indian post complaint then he was asked that a written application submitted to main branch post office chirawa when I go to chirawa post office the concern staff lady donot received my application and donot give any response/ talk about that matter. Please sir do the needful help and check at the earliest for finalize the case.
I was attached all connected documents of premium pass book policy and there is no any response received from post office . Please clarify at the earliest.

I am durgesh kumar shandilya my rpli customer id is 63217551 policy no 1092615 i have paid my premium from sep2020 to dec2020 on 21/09/2020 but status of my payment still showing pending 99 and amount is already debited from my bank account then where's my money plz solve this problem.

Respected sir, i rehena sultana lost my policy book and bond of rpli policy no: r-wb-ca-ea-97264 which is matured on january of 2015. I already got many required documents except credit certificate from the spm of nazirpur post office, 742189. I have requested many times to spm but it was in void. Then i requested many others person of post office in berhampore, murshidabad 742101 but they always say come another day.
So i will be thankful enough if you kindly look in this matter and help me to get credit certificate from spm. Thanks

For kind your information sir I going to Hansot Post office dist Bharuch State Gujarat to receive my cheue at that time the officer said that no any intimation for your policy maturity amount from our head office. He sure me that within 1 week we receive & call U

But still we have not received my amount so sir request to u sir please solve my problem

Sir, my policy matured IN MAY and i submitted my policy no:R-TN-CB-EA-209924 BOND, PASSBOOK AND APPLICATION in June first week. We have not received the amount even after one month. we enquired about this in erode head post office and bhavani branch office. They say reason it is because of online mode. We are in need of the amount for our children school fee payment. Kindly do the needful. thanking you

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that this Jaismita tarai having a police under RPLI , Police No- ROREA574910 the bond and the pass book not yet received . The police stats on[protected] and premium are continuous given which was 335/-

I made my 1st complain on the date of[protected] & the 2nd on the date of[protected] and finally the complain putt up on the date of[protected].
The complain which was given by the number [protected](mr. Kar), [protected] , & another no[protected]. No such action should be taken on this complain by thies dates.

Therefore I request you kindly go through my complain and shot out my problem very shortly for which i will be very thankful.

Sir,
My insurance policy is already matured and all the relevent papers are submitted to the post office concerned. How ever no reply from the postal authorities todate. My policy no. is AEA 24153 due date 6/1/10. Papers submitted in Mulakulam post office on 16/1/10
Papers forwarded from Mulakulam Post office in 23/1/10. Kindly pay me the maturity amount immediately.
