I registered with saat phere a month back and was promised to get 15 profiles every week since they had many in dat abase.
But I never got any. I called 100 times then they send once which was not matching at all even after telling them the requirements clearly. I paid all in one 5000 for 6 months and they are not giving my money back.
Kindly help to get it resolved....

This is to complain against saat phere services which they proclaim they help you in finding the bride,for which they ask you to register then they will mail you the profiles which they have.
Before registering the call you religiously after you have registered they just forget you and when you call they say they will mail profiles at evening which are repeated mail which they just forward you again. So when by the time to they mail and...

I had registered to Saathphere on the month of December..I do not know how they got my phone number..Before the registration they used to call thrice a day but after the registration the number of calls reduced to 0... at the time of registration they assured to provide 12 profiles every month according to our requirement...but they did not...again they do not even contact the customers..I am not also very sure the profiles they showcase...
