Dear Sir/ Madam

I have been chasing my claim number NI[protected] since the past 20 days, which is updated on your website since 4th December 2021 and has been making me run around for genuinely no reason.

There has been a genuine wastage of time, un-professionalism and lack of commitment towards filling the complaints and providing the claim towards me.

This is regarding query raised on my mother reimbursement claim documents sent to you, Claim Number NI[protected] as you have raised the query on claim which is "kindly provide prescriptions with final diagnosis with duly signed and stamped by treating doctor". In this regard I want to inform you that I have already sent you the original prescription duly signed by treating doctor and final diagnosis is also mentioned in prescriptions and CT scan test report sent to you which is "MILD BRONCHOPNEUMONITIS in right lung with mild COPD changes" along with other required claim documents.
I have provided multiple clarification but they still not making my claim process.
