I am Naveen Chandra Gupta s/o Brij Bihari Lal, Sidhhartha Nagar Tajganj Agra, uttar pradesh. I had a policy in sai prakasa property and development ltd. Whose certificate no. Is - SPUP[protected] dated [protected]. Registered office - Sanjay Places Agra U.P. i deposited All installment for it each of rs.- 870/- which totally 17400/- approx and total my after completing policy 33480/- approx payment receipt date 31/12/2017. But now there is no agent no office which is in my city. After completing my policy.
Sir please take a heavy action on it. And refund my payment

I have deposited rs.24000 with sai prakash properties development ltd.in 2012 and maturity period has completed in jun 2019 and now i have not any contact details of company or agent. There is nobody who can help me to get refund form this company. Please help me to get refund.

Deposit of 36000 in sai prakash development ltd. Till 4 years, 4500 rs. Half yearly installment, but now agents are telling company is no. More available.
Can any one tell, is it company is no more exist and its business of insurance is completely close?
How its customer will be getting back their depositted amount or it was fraud business of sai prakash development ltd.

My family & some relatives had some policies in sai prakash properties and development ltd. Registered office - 2nd floor, john tower, in front of near bsnl office rewa-486001 (M. P.) we are deposited four & five year regularly every instalment for it. Which totally 20, 00, 000/- approx and now there company is fraud, and also there is no agent, no office, and also we are not have any contacts, which is in my city.
