Dear concern (s);

This is in reference to the subject; I would like to raise a complaint over some issues which I have faced over 6 months with the consultant who is becoming a barrier in the issuance of my education records from the University, which is needed for IQAS ( ECA ) purposes.
Although several times I sent emails to the university and consultant but unsuccessful.

consultant is the sole proprietor of Education Al hub consultancy & Hope Academy, where I got admission and completed my MBA ( HRM ). I received my degree and transcript but when I submitted for ECA by IQAS they refused me to provide the required documents for ECA.

Although my continuous reminders through emails / calls / text messages and WhatsApp chat, I have not received any response.
Further, I tried to call the university on their given numbers but was unsuccessful.
I sent the required form to Mr. Anwar ( sole proprietor of both agencies as mentioned above ) on 20.05.2023, for ECA by IQAS which is still not processed and there is no response from his side or the university.
So, here I would like to request that the concerned bodies try to help me in this case, here I would like to share their information for your kind consideration and early response.

Sangai international university manipur thru websites secinfoorg easyadmissionsorg is offering many all india illegal degrees diplomas courses without approvals. On repeatedly contacting these websites thru mobile whatsapp facebook they will refuse and dillydally single admission enquiries or insist on bulk admissions only i. E. They will refuse admissions to individual students or direct the single students to other consultants. This arrangement is made specifically to hide admission fees money trail from statutory authorities and start stop offering these illegal courses abruptly without notice.

Over mobile 7226zeronine3333 whatsapp 70033fourzero391, they give contact details of another agent who will thereby ask to send admission fees to sium directly and this agent does not entertain any queries complaints after fees are send to sium.
Sium, manav bharati university, madhav university are promoted by same sponsoring body manav bharati charitable trust (Mbct) chairman rajkumar rana, which has the dubious record of offering recognised or unrecognised regular distance external courses, denying document verification of its passed out students, lodging fir against its genuine students whose document verification fails.
Sangai international university, manipur (Sium) india has not appointed public information officers and first appellate authority as per rti act, 2005.
Sium also has not established nodal officer and grievances redressal committee as per ugc (Redress of grievances of students) regulations, 2019.
Sium has not uploaded any information on aishe web portal as per ugc (Furnishing of information by universities) rules 2015
Manipur government has removed sangai international university manipur act 2014 from indiacode. Nic.in website due to sponsoring body’s name goo[censored]p in its gazette notification. This is contempt of delhi high court order in union of india vs vansh sharad gupta (Wp (C) 4761/2016)
Sium has not appointed new vice chancellor and teachers as per ugc (Minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers and other academic staff in universities and colleges and other measures for the maintenance of standards in higher education) regulations, 2018.
Previous vc prof dr lal dena had resigned on october2018 due to fallout with university management and this post of vc is vacant till date.
Ugc.ac.in website has no information on sium except its gazette notification date of year 2015
Manipur state government is yet to establish private educational universities regulatory commission like hp-perc
Sium have not even updated their official website sangaiinternationaluniversitycom and facebook page facebookcom/sangaiinternationaluniversity2 since 2017 with information regarding courses, fees, enrolment details, etc.
Over post or courier, they will receive all our letters but will not reply back in any case
On personal visit also they ask us to submit queries complaints in drop-boxes which will not be answered in any case.
