Sub: pathetic system of yours to address customer in case of any complaint.
I am your loyal byer of all your products. I have made complaint regarding nonstick coating on diamond coated pan set on 27th sept 2017 vide complainte number wc/sf/270917/100, on the day of complaint i was told that technician will visit my place within 48 hrs. But your technician never turned up till 30th sept 2017. There...

I purchased Da Vinci Cookware set (3 pcs.) through Star CJ vide order no. [protected] /17.7.2015.

While using tawa sent to me it has removed coating at first time use. Complaint of the same has been raised . Although it is well warranty period but they refused to replace the same on unlogical reasons.

Kindly intervene.
