Sanskriti ayurveda — completely fake medicine delivered


I got call around 10 days back regarding the weight gain medicine from the person saying that i am calling from sanskriti ayurveda.

He tried to convince about his product a lot, saying that i will be getting a warranty card along with the medicine and the money will be refunded till one year if their will be no results.

Trusting the person from sanskriti ayurveda, i ordered the medicine and the postman called me next day saying that he has come for the delivery. I paid the amount of rs.1400+70 (Delivery charge) to the postman and collect the medicine.

When i checked the box... It was very unprofessional without any company details on the box. There were no contact number or website details anywhere outside or inside of the box nor even in the warranty card (Picture attached) or on the medicine box (Picture attached).

The medicine box has no information on it except one local sticker without any specification (Extremely cheap quality).

After all of this, when i called them on the same number from which i received the call they are not answering the call now.

Trusting the person from Sanskriti Ayurveda, I ordered the medicine and the person called me next day saying that he has come for the delivery. While I was in office, I asked my maid to pay the amount of Rs.1550+50 (delivery charge) to the delivery person (M: [protected]) and collect the medicine.

When I came home and checked the box...it was very unprofessional without any company details on the box. There were no contact number or website details anywhere outside or inside of the box nor even in the warranty card (picture attached) or on the medicine box (picture attached).

The medicine box has no information on it except one local sticker without any specification (extremely cheap quality).

After all of this, when I called them on the same number from which I received the call ([protected]), they picked up the call and I told them the scenario but in between they put my call on hold for long. I again tried calling them many a times but they are not picking up the call.
