My name is Usha gupta and age 76 years, i have an account in State bank of india Jagadhri branch account number is [protected]. I visited branch for fixed deposit to amount 1315000 approx on date 20 june 2022. i told to bank employee for fixed deposit of 1000000 on the name of my husband Subhash jain and rest of amount fixed in my account but they fraudily make a insurance policy. they had taken my photographs without knowing me and authentication i.e signature but didn't make fixed deposit. This issue came into my notice when policy came to my house, i went to bank for this issue they say that we surrender this policy but they given me 15 days time for refund this money after two month they not taking any action and yesterday said
jo hota h karlo ye policy surrender nhi hogi, jha complaint karni h karlo
After that i am going for complaint in sbi life office miss Anamika told me that policy belongs to priyanka sharma if she said me to register this complaint then i do neither not...
so plz take strict action against these three for that fraud
