My name is Usha gupta and age 76 years, i have an account in State bank of india Jagadhri branch account number is [protected]. I visited branch for fixed deposit to amount 1315000 approx on date 20 june 2022. i told to bank employee for fixed deposit of 1000000 on the name of my husband Subhash jain and rest of amount fixed in my account but they fraudily make a insurance policy. they had taken my photographs without knowing me and authentication...
