Amount Paid: INR 23, 600 (via credit card)

Service Promised: 40 high-quality, preverified insurance leads.

Service Delivered:

Leads provided were not preverified and failed to meet the agreed-upon quality standards.

Despite repeated requests to stop sending leads, the company continues to do so, adding to my frustration.

3. Misrepresentation of Service:
At the time of purchase, I was assured the leads would be preverified, but the leads provided did not meet the promised criteria. This misrepresentation constitutes unfair trade practice and breach of contract.

4. Rude and Unprofessional Behavior:
The service team was rude and dismissive during my attempts to resolve the matter. Repeated mistakes by the service team further aggravated the issue.

5. Repeated Non-Compliance:
Despite multiple written and verbal requests to stop the service, the company continues to send leads, demonstrating a complete disregard for my instructions.

6. Relief Sought:
I request the following remedies:

A full refund of ₹23, 600 for non-compliance and poor service.

An immediate cessation of all services, including lead delivery.

Compensation for the harassment caused due to repeated non-compliance.
