Usually, i don't pick up any spam or marketing calls but unfortunately answered the call after knowing that the call is from Finpluss company. They have enquired about me and my family and suggested some insurance and investment plans, i felt it's not only a suggestion they have explained the suggested plan and benefits in simple language. They have connected me with one of the certified agent.
The service was quite good and smooth. the main part is they have charged nothing for their advice and work. Thank you

This company promiss customer has giving insurance lead, after paying money they ask money again and again. It is fake call centre. They don't have any leads. Kindly take action against these fraudster. And protect our business...

Sir, I am a Life Insurance Adviser with Kotak Life Insurance.
I was contacted by Finpluss company, jayanagar, Bangalore, on the pretext of providing leads for people who are interested in purchasing life insurance and was assured of solid leads which would definitely turn into sales.
First Ms. Navya contacted me over phone on 6/12/2021 and asked me to visit Finplus at Jayanagar, Bangalore. She and Mr. Puneet convinced me to take a package of RS.35, 400/- so that she can give solid leads to improve my insurance business. Then they provided me with a single reference whose income is only 2-3 lakhs who is not at all interested in purchasing an insurance.
When I bring it to the notice of Finpluss company one Ms. Sakshi has called me to visit finplus office again on 8/12/21 at jayanagar. When I visited the office she told me to take another package of Rs. 1, 18, 000/- under which she can give very good standard customers and prompted me to take that package by paying a different amount. When I refused to take the package she asked to take the package in instalment, so that she can give standard customers who are filing their income tax and she made many promises that by 31st December 2021 I can grab a lot of customers and made me pay an instalment of Rs.40, 000/-, for all of which I have call recordings including the promises made by the company. But I did not get a single genuine customer. In a couple of days i was already to pay the balance amount of Rs.42600/- so that she can immediately provide genuine customers. When I refused, she convinced me to take loan a from my friends and pay the rest of the amount. But so far I have not received a single genuine customer.
I have notified my grievance to Mr. Varun and service department staff Mr.Manoj all of whom just give assurances that this would not happen again but practically there has been no change. Recently Mr. Kavya claiming to be incharge of providing leads has again asked me to take MDRT package of Rs.3, 54, 000/-. How can she and her company try to keep selling me higher packages without providing a single genuine customer. Also when I denied the MDRT package she got angry and told me that I will not get good customers and she will give good customers only for those who have taken the MDRT package. In that case, why these people already taken exorbitant amounts of money making fake promises of which none have been held up.
I have faced repeated disappointments, poor and frankly abusive customer service, I asked the these people to provide the name and contact no and designation of the chief of the organization so that the issue can be brought to his notice but they have refused to provide this information. After a quick Internet search I obtained the email address of the director of the company Mr. Hebbardi Rathnakara Abhilash his email id abhi.[protected]@gmail.com brought my grievances to his knowledge in my email dated 5/2/2022 but I have not received any reply from him.
After a through search on the Internet I have also got to know that they have used the same tactic to extort money from multiple customers.
I thus request you to please get back my hard earned money since they not provide single genuine leads. What ever the leads they have provided are all bogus and not insurable interest.
