I have received a message from SPDC about winning 200000.00 GBP in Shell International Mobile Draw 2009 held in UK. Is it true that there is any such draw held in UK and they distribute the prize money to the winner or it is a fake message & procedure for making money by demanding service charges, affidavit charges & courier charges, etc. If any one has ever faced this type of situation please let me know....
