I'm trying to withdraw pf, that time show name not same in pan card and Addar. Then i have changed my name in Addar correctly, updated in UAN, please help to approve this....

Its a third party tied up with vodafone mobile service limited for employment. Iam started working from november 2017 to june 2019.
