I'm trying to withdraw pf, that time show name not same in pan card and Addar. Then i have changed my name in Addar correctly, updated in UAN, please help to approve this.

From joining onwards i request to shomuk share my pf and uan number. But not proper response for my mails and calls. Finally i got mail from shomuk " as per your documents we can’t...

This is to inform that I, Swarup Kumar Banerjee, was an employee under Shomuk Engineering and Consultancy Services which is situated in Kolkata near minto park..Its a third party tied up with Vodafone mobile service limited for employment..The problem is, after leaving the job in Vodafone i had applied for Epf and pension amount withdrawal on 2nd May 2018. before applying The HR, Prasun Mukherjee told me that epf amount withdrawal proceduy would take 45 days and the whole amount including pension would be credited to my given account number. But one of the officials of Shomuk Office, Mr Kamal said that Epf amount withdrawal procedure would take more than 4 months.. I told them about my urgency that i need the amont for the treatment of my father, My aadhar number is also linked with my UAN Number[protected] but inspite of that they are delaying the withdrawal process.It has been more than two months i have applied but still no claim found against my given UAN Number.. please do something on urgent basis so that i can get my Epf and pension amount as soon as possible..my registered mobile number is [protected].
