Jo bharuch ke netrang (Gujarat) me hai, unse call par baat kar kar ke 1 sony ka tv order kiya tha, bank me payment transfer hone ke baad se owner mr. Rajesh bhai ne roj naye bahane batana sharu kiya or ab vo call bhi nahi pick karye, dusare kisi no. Se call karo to bolte hai...

From 3 months we have been calling and requesting them to send someone for serving. While making the contract they promised so that they would give nice service but pathetic they are. My serving was due in Nov and till date I am calling him but he most of the times doesn't answer. And when he answers he is like I will send tomorrow or today no one is there.
