chit fund & policy fraud

Dear sir/ madam,
I chits fund open on february 2016, and monthly chits subscription is 10000 that i am paying regularly from last 44 months, now only 6 month is remaining to pay.in july month shriram employee prasad is come to my office for monthly chits sub. After that he told me now you can take your fund, if you want, he calculate the total chit amount and told me after all deduction you will get 475000, i said okay, then he process and given me the list of documents, after a 20 days, my company is permanently shut down without given notice period, i ask for income proof and they also not given me docs, after waiting, i join new company as a commission bases, i told i am not getting salary slip, i can give you one year bank statement, he give option to take policy of 25000 yearly, if i take a policy you don't want to give documents, i said okay but i want policy details then i will take decision, then i will say yes or no. After that my following from last one month to prasad and branch manager prashant but they are not taking seriously to give policy detail, after few days without confirmation they deduct my amount and deduct policy amount and don't know the policy scheme, they transfer to my account 417000 and total chits is 5 lac, then i called the both person and i say that your commitment is failed, i don"t want chits amount and policy, my fulfill is not complete, now they are forcing to take policy & i told if you are forcing, i will take a action, only 6 month is remaining to pay and that i can wait, now they are saying you want to deposit 6 month balance amount or you want to take policy, now they forcing me to take policy, i told him i don't want any scheme, 4 days ago shriram staff is called me for nominee details, i said did not apply for policy. Now a days i received one sms from shriram policy number, this is totally fraud wit me, i can give you proof of last one month record of chatting, calls and mail that i clearly mention everything. Sir i can give you proof, sir please take a action, i want my refund amount.
