Refund of Amount
Hi,
I had made a policy renewal for a vehicle from payzapp app and the payment was successful but I didn't receive any new policy number. When contacted to customer care they mentioned that the payment was failed at shriram side and bank will issue the refund. So, I had made a new policy for the vehicle with different company. After 10 days, the customer care from shriram general insurance called us and said that the payment was successful and policy was generated then i explained him the scenario and the customer care agent from shriram general insurance said that they will initiate the refund. But, since 2 weeks, when i call them, they were saying that they had initiated it and you will get in 7 days

regarding two wheeler insurance renewal

Dear sir/madam,
I am rajkumar upadhyay from meerut district in uttarpradesh.
I have been taken a two wheeler policy whose policy no. Is : 108051/31/19/000095.
But this policy number not showing online. This is fake policy.
I want to log the complaint against this policy and policy issuer.
Please log the complaint and his insurance center will be closed and he will not cheat any other and i want to refund my money or correct policy asap

vehicle insurance hard copy not received
I have done insurance from sriramm two months before through online but still hard copy not received. I raise this concern over customer care but still no response. There is no responsibity from sriram to call for understanding. Customer care is also pathetic... Really hopeless condition...

overseas travel insurance policy not issued 48 hours after payment
I had purchased an overseas travel insurance through online portal of shriram general insurance. Payment of rs.760 successfully paid through net banking (Axis bank). However, policy was not generated & could not be downloaded. Nor did they send any confirmation!
It has been over 48 hours since i made the payment! Leave alone issuing the policy, they have not even bothered to reply to my emails!!
I called their helpline number twice[protected] & they said they cannot do anything!! They suggested, that i cal [protected]. However, this phone does not work. So i called back again, and was told that they'll call back. No call received in over 24 hours!
If this is this is their service level, who will put overseas travel insurance in their hands??? Or is it that they are simply not bothered?? Or, worse – trying to cheat people???

I'm T.Venkatesulu, from chennai. Shriram general insurance company Ltd, cheated me by not settling my Insurance claim(4 months old). I'm driver/owner of Lorry No.TN 04 AC 4199. my lorry met with an accident on 7th January 2015, in which my vehicle severely damaged and I had major leg fractures. I had been treated in SRM medical college & Hospital till 29th April 2015 and Still recovering in my home at Avadi. Workshop person given quotation for Rs.6.50 Lakh to repair (with Old Parts) my damaged vehicle. But value of the vehicle insured is Rs.6.8 Lakh. So we
requested insurance company to settle our claim based on total loss. But insurance company offers only Rs.1, 10, 000 as one time settlement, Which i refused to accept. one-side insurance company people engaged us in oral discussions and other-side they sent a mail saying they closed the claim, saying we are not repaired the vehicle in stipulated time period.Normally any one go for insurgence for social and economical security. but in my

Theft claim

In year 2009 my bike was stolen from some where after that i was registred a complaint at police station and local police was provide me untrace in 6 to 7 months but insurance company M/s shri ram genral insurance denied to settled the claim then i heir a advocate and put the case at consumer court after that court will ask to insurance company that kindly settle the claim of customer but the insurance company make fool to court that they revert we are settle with zero amount what will i do their plz help me out

shriram general insurance — Non settlement of claim
Hi my name is Davinder Sharma, Claim no-54167. i lodged the complaint of my two wheeler (stunneer DL-13s 4926)on 21 january 2012 and within 45 days i submitted all the required documents to the surveyor, but it has been more than 6 month of
filing the claim but it has not yet been settled!
even nobody is ready to answer my query on phone! kindly help me and tell me what to do ?

This is about the insurance co. all its agents & customer park their bikes on road & on shivaji street no.2 i.e. back side of FEDERAL BANK, The whole street no.2 remains choked from 11 A.M TO 18 .00 P.M. NO PASSAGE REMAINS TO PASS BY. PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR THIS. Helpful
