Mera naam dhiraj kumar rajak hai, originally from chappra bihar main kidderpore kolkata me rehta hu. Hum bengal me padhai complete kiya hu, mca bhi complete kiya hu, bache log ko padhata bhi hu i am a teacher aur chota computer business me v hu, bachelog ko computer training bhi deta hu at the same time bahut mehnat se family suupoort k liye car kharida hu 2017 me.

Last week mera car ka accident hua, mera car ka insurance “shriram general insurance” se hai jab mai shriram general insurance wale log se contact kiye tab unke headoffice se mr. Shatish babu se baat hui unhone mera detail liye aur straight mujhse bola ki aapka case hum nahi karenge, aapka case nahi hoga, hum dekh lenge aapka case kaise hota hai kaun karta hai, hum challenge karte hai chahe koi v aaye aapka case nahi karenge.
To mujhe shak hai mera background, mera caste k wajh se mere sath ye treatment hua, iske khilaf hum isko maximum level tak lekar jana chahte hai. Aur hum written clarification chahte hai ki ye mere sath q hua, aur isko ko hum maximum administration ko bhi aware karta hu, aur sab ko batana chahte hai ye officer ne mere sath ye treatment kiya because of my caste and birth place (Bihar).

Dear shri ram,

On 8 november 2018 at sarita vihar i met with accident due to which i got injured and the aviator[scooty] which is covered by your insurance policy got damaged from front and back side. A car suddenly applied breaks and i was behind that car and due to his sudden break i got collided with his car. Your survey person mr. Veeru singh survey whole scooty and he is passed every part which is damage except side panel beacuse of some fevi stick use and he is giving the nonsense excuse like you paid extra charges for the side pannel but everything is in under insurance. Please check your below insurance policy here is no mention if any person use fevi stick and you will not providing the claim of the side panel. Kindly check in your policy as i know your company is good and renowned. So kindly check revert as soon as possible.

We have taken policy from shreeram general insurance policy number 213044/31/002570 vehicle reg no GJ03Y9878 customer name NARENDRASINH S JADEJA eng no 12919 chasis No 733999 last year we have declared that we made claim in policy and there is no No claim bonus benefit we get this year and company employee provide premium amount which is paid but at the time of claim company said that you take NCB in policy which is not enjoyable by you and you given wrong information to the company so this claim will not going to pay we are ready to pay different payment for NCB even mistake by your own employee but they denied the claim so please do the needful in this matter.here with attached rejetion latter for your referance.

I have the insurance of my bike from Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd., my bike has been theft from Ganga Nagar Meerut at 03/04/2012. I have immediate complain of the theft of my bike to Incholi Policy Station (FIR No-109) and Insurance company office.After that i have submit every type of document which is required from the Insurance company like Registration Certificate of Bike, Insurance Policy Of Bike, FIR Report, Final Report from Court, Statement of every Person, Previous Insurance Policy and every type of Affeidavide , But after that the demanded new and new document every time and not ready to pay the claim. I have many e-mails to insurance company but their is no response. 5 months has been happen to theft of my bike.

Meri maruti esteem ka accident hua tha aur is ka accident claim kiya tha jis ka survey Mr. Anil patel mob no. [protected] ne kiya tha aur surveyer ne jo kaha utana parts repair/change kiya tha jiska total bill amt Rs. 48538 tha. aur ab insurance company sirf Rs. 10000 ka hi insurance pas kar rahi hai aur baki ka declined kiya hai is ke liye me ahmedabad branch manager Mr Nilesh Kumar se mila tha aur unko accident kaise hua vo bataya tha par vo kahete hai ke claim settlement team jo kare vo final hota hai. Please muje is me company ke samane fariyad karni hai....
