Dear shri ram,
On 8 november 2018 at sarita vihar i met with accident due to which i got injured and the aviator[scooty] which is covered by your insurance policy got damaged from front and back side. A car suddenly applied breaks and i was behind that car and due to his sudden break i got collided with his car. Your survey person mr. Veeru singh survey whole scooty and he is passed every part which is damage except side panel...
