Dear sir,

This is to bring into your kind notice that i hiren upadhyaya got my car no. Dl 3cck 7071 honda city insured from your company on the recommendation of my agent who spoke very high of your organisation.
I'm really sorry to inform you that after a small accident i'd approached the honda people who informed me that they do not have any arrangement with your company yet on my insisting they spoke to my agent who along with some g. M mr. Ankur bhatia assured me that they will get the insurance claim done smoothly. Thereafter some mr. Veersingh was appointed as the surveyor to check the vehicle and do the survey, now this is where the problem started first he showed all sorts of tantrums in coming for the survey, after requesting him god knows how many times he came but started asking questions as if i was lying and trying to fool the company, anyways being a legitimate businessman having less time to bargain and get into unnecessary arguments i told him to do whatever he feels and just get the car repaired asap.
Even after repeated requests by me and the honda people as the car has been repaired he did not turn up for re inspection, also mr. Ankur bhatia who i feel under all the possibilities is hand in glove with him has been fooling me on the pretext of some or the other document since last one week. Sir i have a feeling that these so called employees of yours are doing this for some of there vested interest to which me and the honda people are not ready and do not understand. My car is at the workshop of axon honda for the past 5-7 day ready for delivery but these people are creating all sorts of problems for i don't know why and not releasing the d. O. Which is not known to me.

I would really appreciate if you could kindly look into the matter and get things sorted out else i'll be forced to go to the court of law.

My commercial vehical no. Dl 01gc 3150 (Tata 1109) was stolen on date 30/[protected] in night from area - ps kavinagar, ghaziabad, up.

We searched our vehical the whole day with groups of 4-4 peoples in different different cities after 2 days we catched our vehical from hapur, up with the help of police in damged conditions after that the case was registered by hapur police..
Fir no — 469/2018. And we informed time to time to the insourence company the all details about our vehicle and we get our vehical from ps by the court after that in the presence of your company serviour named vipul garg. We handed over all the documents, fir and bills etc to your serviour vipul garh but we don't get any responses from your company after submission of documents from last 1 month. And we also want to connect with your senior officers mr. Neeraj, mr. Ravinder, mr. Avinash but they don't respond of my any call.
Please take response as soon as possible of my claim

We are take a general insurance policy in shriram company dated 25/05/2012 from 24/05/2013. But unfortunately vehicle accident dated.15/01/2013. We are complaint your branch office but they are not response. Then we are contact your head office in jaipur then your executive visit accident place and take photo and inquires. But sir they are not any response your company and your staff. They are misguide to us. So sir i want to know that how to your procedure in refund policy claim. And how many years.

INSURANCE CLAIM OF THE VEHICLE

I have the insurance of Mahindra Bolero with Shriram General insurance Company Ltd., bearing Policy No.-10003/31/12/435786; Code:-3599861, Registration No. of the vehicle CG 12 Y 0559.
I have met with an accident on 7/05/12 with the above vehicle. When my vehicle was under repair, & Repairing Centre even didn't calculated/generated the Retail Invoice (Bill) of the vehicle, at that time Shriram General Insurance surveyor Nitin Vijay (SLA NO.- 57542) have submitted the claim amount to the Insurance Company. I was astonished to know that the surveyor have submitted the claim amount without the repairing of the Vehicle, & without Repairing Centre Retail invoice, & how the Shriram General Insurance Company (SGI) have sanctioned/settled the claim amount of Rs.1,17,932 for the repair of the vehicle? I think that both Surveyor, & SGI Insurance company are misguiding the whole claim procedure. Repairing centre have given the estimated amount of Rs.2,31,366.
I have filed a complaint against the Shriram General Insurance Company Ltd. on 24th Aug.2012 in District Consumer Forum Korba (C.G) for the settlement of the above claim amount.
Registrar of the consumer forum delayed two months in sending the notice to the Insurance Company at head office Jaipur, at Korba, to Surveyor, & at Mahindra Auto Centre, Korba.
Now till date my vehicle is ready, & repaired with the bill amount of Rs.2,56,196, the original retail invoice has been courier to the Shriram General Insurance JAIPUR dt. 22nd Sept.2012 addressing Mr. Ajit Sharma (Regional Manager-Claims), but till date no response have come from there side, & the Shriram General Insurance is denying, & delaying in giving the exact amount towards the repairing charges of the vehicle, and even till date Shriram General Insurance surveyor didn’t came for the final photo of the vehicle. Even MD of the Insurance Company send a mail saying that it would be settled in the month of October 2012, but till date no action have been taken from there side.
After getting notice they hired the lawyer from Korba. On October 2012, judge of the Consumer forum told the lawyer of the Insurance Company for their decision of the case, & adjourned date till November 21, 2012 for the date of hearing, but on that date judge didn’t came, & everytime the lawyer is submitting the vakalatnama, he is telling nothing for the decision taken by Insurance Company, as asked by the judge, & extended the date till(December 17, 2012), but on this day judge didn’t came, & it is again adjourned to 29th December 2012, & again it is extended to 29th January 2013, & again it is adjourned to 27th February 2013, & again it is adjourned till 30th March 2013.
I am totally harassed with the regular adjournment of the same.
It is almost three months passed, but till date no relief was granted by the judge of the District Consumer Forum.
Due to this I am suffering lots of Problem which hampers my daily lots of time, job, & money. I am both mentally, & physically torture with the issue of the same
I, therefore request you to take necessary action against them, & given me proper claim money.

I got my Bike insurance done from SHRIRAM General Insurance Company vide Note No. JPR 3007290 Dated 31/12/2011 from their agent in Agra. But till date there is no Insurance document provided by the company.When I enquired about this from the company they said I have to get the re-survey done which will again payable to me. But I have already paid the survey amount , which I told the company but they are not agree...

I covered my Scooty pep+ with Shriram General Insurance company limited.
My Scooty got impaired in an accident. I went to Shri Ram TVS Agency, Ayodhya Ngar By Pass, to filed claim then a surveyor (Mr. Yogesh Bhagat Mob. [protected]) came for survey. I claimed for repairing and and change of a body part, but surveyor of company is not considering that part for change. Although the mechanic of same TVS company said that the part has to be changed it could not be repaired. Surveyor forced me to get it repaired at some small local garage that belongs to his known mechanic. But as my vehicle is new and I don't want it to be repaired else where.
Surveyor also said a small garage mechanic can repair in a better way then a mechanic at showroom/agency.
