Before we buy the policies, the below mentioned officers of shriram life insurance company (Gudivada branch) came to our house and requested my father to buy policy.
1) mr. Ravindranath, regional manager.
2) mr. G. Ramalingeswara rao, branch manager (Eluru).
3) mr. Sreenivas.
As my father was already having 4 policies with lic company, he refused to avail the same. Thereafter, they came to our house...

Dear all we have take insurance policy from shri ram life insurance in year of 2014. Policy no:np[protected] and we have pay 5722 amount and that time i am not continue with this policy and i want refund my amount. We have calls many times in shri ram customer care but every person given different different statement. Kindly help me and resolve my problem. As soon as possible.

delaying my outstanding payment

Policy taken and returned back with in a week for repayment of my first premium paid amount rs.50000/- since i am not happy with their terms and condition and maturity returns amount.
January 4th 2019 i sent back the policy instead of repaying my amount they unnecessarily avoiding payment and re sending the same policy to my address with back dated covering letter.
Please suggest what action we can take to get back the amount with interest.

My father had a policy in shriram life insurance company..and he is no more..
on that policy document the nominee name is mentioned totally wrongly by a agent.
we asked him to correct as we see first look on that document when my father was alive ..but agent denied to do so.
and now we are facing lots of problems in claiming that insurance.
so advice us . what to do after your investigation.

Money lost in stock Market

My father was investing money in shriram life insurance company at[protected] without his clear knowledge, village peoples doesn’t know English very well, but the bond was written by English and agent asking signature at particular areas only, one of agent advised to deposit money in shriram life insurance company in village peoples at end of 2007 and told them after 3 years this return money will be minimum double times of investment, those peoples was trust him and invested, but now[protected] all those peoples had problems, they are all lost money, when we asking about money to agent, the money now below the half of original investment, and agent says due to stock market. How to short out this crisis…? Please help all those peoples in village and get return money with good profit. Many thanks.

Dear Sir,
With deep regret, the applicant, onceagain need to approach the complaint cell towards the attitude of Mr. Murali - Branch Manager, posted in Shriram Life Insurance, Jaynagar, 4th Block (Banashankari), Bangalore.
I wish to inform you that, Mr. Murali has approached me on 18.12.2011 at my residence in Bangalore with a request to take a Life Insurance Policy with a annual premium of Rs. 20, 000.00. He is well aware, that, I am settled in Gujarat and it will not be possible for me to attend any of the requirement once I leave Banagalore. He has confirmed that, he is fully satisfied with the documents submitted to him and took a cheque for Rs. 20, 000.00 towards the first annual premium. The temperory payment receipt no. [protected] dated 19.12.2011 has been issued.
As it is almost a month having paid the amount, I have asked for the original payment receipt and the policy details. To my surprise, it is learnt that, my policy has not been processed for not having a medical certificate attached with the proposal form, which was intimated AS NOT REQUIRED at the time of filling the application form by Mr.Murali. It appears that, customers are getting fooled with wrong suggestion, guidence for safeguarding their own interest (COLLECTION OF BUSINESS TO SATISFY THE COMPANY).
It may please be noted that, I have agreed to buy policy for availing the benefit from payment of Income Tax. The delay in issuing the policy may affect deduction of tax from my salary. My humble request is that, either issue the policy or refund the paid amount with interest loss immediately.
Hope I will not be given any opportunity to take up the matter legally.
