However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I recieved a call from silitech that I can do online job and I have accepted the agreement and after finishing the project they said QC is failed and ask me to pay 7100 and after paying such amount then they called and said to terminate the agreement u need to pay 38780 RS and calling me like threatening and saying that they have filed petition against me and making me afraid.....
