I have using MTS Data card for past 1.5 years and there were no issues faced but last 3 month. I’m always talking to the customer care.
Even Technical experts are not listening what I’m trying to say & facing frequent disconnect request.
When I try to the ping the Google public (8.8.8.8) DNS from my system & getting more than 3000ms response and after 4 successful request & getting RTO’s frequently....

i have harassed by mts costumer care and legal department even with abusive words. first they provided poor Internet services for which i paid more then 5000 rs. When i started complaining to them they started ignoring me. When i stooped paying bill for two months and they filled a civil low suit against me even disconnected my no. When i settled the issue by paying more 1998 now even after this i am receiving the bill wen i am not using...
