Following the workshop, Mr. Shah advertised a master class with promised services, including a subscription to Chat GPT-4 and Microsoft Office 365 at Rs 14, 396/-. However, upon payment, I encountered several issues. Firstly, I was asked to uninstall my original Microsoft Office suite, which is centrally administered by my organization's IT department, making it impossible for me to comply.
Moreover, the promised Chat GPT Plus V4.0 turned out to be Chat GPT 3.0, a free software accessible to anyone with internet access. This misrepresentation is not only disappointing but also indicates a fraudulent practice on the part of Mr. Shah and SKILL LAND LLP.
Despite reaching out to the company, highlighting their own refund policy, which guarantees a full refund in case of technical issues preventing software installation, my concerns have been dismissed, and the amount of Rs 14, 396/- remains unrefunded.

He talks really well without any integrity. His hidden intention shows a pure businessman, but not someone who really wants to help in a genuine way. They even not allowing to login after paying the amount. I told, I do not want Chat GPT, or Office 365, as I already have it, so I do not understand why they are denying giving the course for which we signed up.
I have registered the complaint with Integrated Grievance Redressal Mechanism (INGRAM) Grievance Number: 5401562. There are many people who are taking advantage of the situation.
