I am not getting any update for my work, its been more than 2 months now. They asked me to pay in full so i paid thinking that they will help. I trusted them initially, now if i call they are giving some lame excuse which am not convinced at all.

They were hired in a matrimonial case, during investigation they revealed the details of the person who had hired them to the subject and told all the details to the them as well. Further they were very stupid, unprofessional and insensitive in collecting information. Once they get money they start rude conversation and do not respond.
