Pegnosoft, one of the fake software Company in Tirunelveli. Pegnosoft Managing Director Mr. Ram karthick (+[protected] Biggest Fraud in Tirunelveli. He is the son of Santhi Jewellers Tirunelveli. Following peoples should aware about Pegnosoft Clients (who have web service in Pegnosoft Web Designing Company), Job Seekers (who planned to work in Pegnosoft Web Designing Company) Students (who panned to go for In plant & implant Training in Pegnosoft Web Designing Company) because of following reasons 1. He has no Office space. 2. He has no Computers for his office 3. He unable to give salary for their employees (still salary pending for old employees) 4. He unable to deliver the project on time 5. redbus online ticketing- Fraud Friends, One day I booked a bus ticket with redbus.in, from Bangalore to Coimbatore, the bus operator was SMPK travels. The bus was scheduled at 10:50 PM Electronic City. We reached boarding point 30 minutes before the scheduled time. and we were waiting... waiting... tried to call the bus operators in the given contact numbers, nothing was reachable. sad and embarrassing moments, I was standing with 2 ladies travellers by the road side till Mid night, bus did not come. it was a potentially unsafe situation. next day I complained this to redbus. after few days they said, " bus came, and the bus operators tried to reach me and cannot refund". My phone was online, and I was able to make and receive calls, and called my home about delays. and they said my phone was not reachable. despite of multiple calls they denied refund. Beware of this online ticket agent redbus. Please share this mail to your friends

Dear Sir,

This complaint is not against any specific individual but about how the central govt regulates the software companies in India. Whether the Indian govt recognized the need for establishing grievance cell to address the harassment of employees by so called multi national software companies. I have few questions to either govt or to concerned department

1. If the US based companies are having 5 working days per week with 40 working hours, then why not they are not following in India? Even they over use the employees they are not ready to pay the over time which is not the case in US. Are we supplying knowledge to the world class market or we contributing just slaves.
2. All companies are following many unethical ways to retain the employees. Like having different notice periods in months. Even the employee gets the job in some other company, present working company is not relieving the employee making him/her to lose the opportunity in other company. As per my discussion with one of the HR personnel, the managers are following these unethical ways to retain the employees to reach their targets. I guess still divide and rule policy works in India

I dont think that this list ends.

My only request is to establish a governance body to control policies of MNCs at least to save the self respect of the employees.

Its time for us to come out of the mark "India supplies cheap labour (not in knowledge)" .

If not money at least we have to save our self respects.

I have few case studies I collected over the time about how these MNCs harassed its employees. May employees might not felt like it has a harassment because of adjusting nature but they have to realize the same thing if happens in US with his/her counter part that will be a big court case to sue the company.

Its our time to protect our rights

we have 3 landphone connections 4024262,63,64.one broadband & two group-in.From the beginning the bill prepared wrongly.Contacted customercare severaltimes but invain.same faults repeated in the following bills.nobody attended to rectify.we didnot get our free calls as offered at the time of installation.no coordination among your staff.they call from Ernakulam,Bangalore,Hyderabad andCalicut giving false ideas regarding waiver of excess amount in the bill.As such we decided to terminate two connections 4024263&64 keeping 4024262 in working.AIRTEL Staff has taken away two instruments on 18 3 2010.Still the bills are not settled.Immediate intervention is solicited.Thank you.

I have a complaint against " Lead Packers and Movers", a so called reputed packers and movers company.

I gave them a consignment of house hold things to be carried from chennai to Pune. They harashed me a lot. The details are :

1. In site " http://leadpackers.com/" they have a office in chennai and bangalore. Where as they do not have any office in chennai. They are non registered fraud unit in Tamil nadu.
2. One of the official from the company took my belongings in chennai. When serious delay happened in delivery, I contacted head office. Head office people do not take responsibility of their own employee.
3. ill treatment from company people like not responding to mails and using abusive language like "" to me.
4. When I tried to tell my problems to a so called manager, he ill treated me.
5. Though they take heavy amount of money from me, for loading, moving and unloading, they did not unload the items in Pune. later the poor driver had to arrange for workers.

In short, these packers and movers are causing serious problems and hazzards. The licenses of "Lead packers & movers" should be cancelled.

My intention is to help the other innocent people from getting victimized by this company " Lead packers and movers ".

Here am working as a Software Engineer in one CMM Level 5 Company in Hyderabad.
Since 18 months my employer deducted 12% of my salary towards PF and same time he is pretending us that he contributed same amount towards our PF Account.

But since 6 months they are not paying the salaries because of insufficient projects and product sales which leads to insufficient funds.

later days we are able to knew that,my employer didnt transfer/paid the EPF money to concerned EPF Accounts.

so,could anybody help us to resolve the situation by providing necessary guidance like,
Are we eligible to raise a complaint in the consumer forums?
Did this use comes under this category to proceed legally?
Any governing body will help us to get back our EPF?

Hello Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a software engineer working in jaipur.One of software company not paying my due salary since last 3 month.I am trying to contact those guys(Directors of company) but they just avoiding and giving many excuses.
I am very frustrated, i have small family and this money is important for me and my family.At last i plan to go consumer court and complain against this company.But i don't know how to complain and what documents are required for that.

I am a customer of Indane Gas with consumer no. 62160. My distributor K K indane gas situated at Marathalli Outer Ring, Near Bellandur, Bangalore is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 22 Dec 2007 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. They do not pick up the phone for booking/Enquiry also, His phone no. is[protected].
