My online order 15972487 was cancelled

I haven't received the refund for my order 15972487 after 15 days of cancellation.

Kindly process my refund immediately.

I orders vegetables and groceries online from spar 23rd night for 23rd morning home delivery as morning delivery slot was available. My bill amount total:
Rs2, 091.90. Till now i have not got my order delivered. Now i am out of my groceries and vegetables. Due to lock down in lieu of corona outbreak i order online hoping i will get my delivery and can lock my self at home. Spar is very very unprofessional. I called...

I have ordered online for the value of 2570 in www.sparindia.com and order was confirmed and later after few days they modified cancelled my order without any intimation and when i called they said order cancelled due to unavailability of stock after few days. Whenever i call they say we will getback to you and they never got back. Again i tried reaching them for refund they say same story we will get back to you after verification from concerned team. Days are rolling i never receive any reply or intimation from them. Order id : 01045414

Subject: Excess billing complaint

On 16.02.2016 I purchased two chandika glycerine soaps among other things from SPAR, forum mall, vadapalani, Chennai. MRP printed on the package of the soap is Rs 58. But in my bill it is printed as Rs 174 and that much amount is collected from me. That is Rs 232 is charged extra from me. It is only later when I reached home I checked the details.
Detail of the bill is as follows:
Bill made at 14:18:10 hours on 16.02.2016. Store ID: 30003. Res:113, Cashier:278 . Total items in the bill is 11 and the soap is item no:6. Total amount of the bill is Rs 1949.10. Photo of the bill enclosed.

I requested refund of excess amount collected from me and sent email to sparindia.com in their customer grievance redressal email ie, [protected]@sparindia.com as shown in their website 0n 17.2.16 with photos of the bill.
My complaint is not even acknowledged yet.
